It is with heavy hearts that we announce Lonnie’s sudden passing, at home in Orillia on Saturday October 24th in his 74th year. Beloved husband of the late Pauline Victoria (nee Sova), and the late Gwendolyn (nee Smith). Loving father of Rick (Melody), Christopher, and Dee-Anne. Proud and loving grandfather of Richard, Zhane, Victoria, and Neve. Loving son of the late Gordon and the late Phyllis (nee Ostertag).Much loved brother of Karen, Allen (late Linda), Calvin (Liz), and Bradley. Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews Theresa, Lori, Brenda, Rob, Randy, Gina, Mackenzie, Mitchell, Grace, Emma, Keith, Irene, and Louise. Lonnie will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID restriction a private family service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia (705) 327-0221 on Saturday October 31st 2020.
