Armed and dangerous man on the run, may be in North Bay: OPP

'He is wanted for multiple criminal offences involving the discharging of a firearm' in Rama; Police say his partner was arrested in North Bay

A man considered by police to be armed and dangerous, is still on the loose, although a female partner in crime has been arrested.

North Bay Police say there is a "public safety concern" regarding Jacob “Kris” Bruckner and are telling citizens "do not approach him," instead call 911. You can also report this to Crime Stoppers and remain anonymous by logging into this website or by calling 1-800-222-8477.

Bruckner is wanted for multiple criminal offences involving the discharging of a firearm on the First Nation Territory of Rama on Sunday, Jan. 1.

Rama Police Service, near Orillia, say his partner, Madison Alcorn (A.K.A. Ashely Maddison) apparently was arrested in North Bay as the Rama Police Service is thanking the North Bay Police Service for its assistance in locating and arresting Alcorn. She was wanted in connection with the same occurrence.

Alcorn is being held for a bail hearing.
