MIDLAND, ON - With this weekend Feb. 3-4, 2018 being designated by the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) as "Test Drive Ontario Trails" weekend I have organized detachment patrol officers and snowmobile patrol officers to participate in trail safety initiatives.
Officers will be vigilant in their patrols with special attention paid to aggressive drivers not obeying OFSC trail rules and impaired drivers. As well, officers will be conducting R.I.D.E. checks to help keep our area snowmobile trails safe for all skill levels.
Our goal is for visitors and residents to come and have a safe and enjoyable time on the area OFSC trails and enjoy everything that winter has to offer here in the heart of Georgian Bay
