GRAVENHURST - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Bracebridge Detachment responded to a serious collision on Highway 11 near Gravenhurst.
At approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, a northbound vehicle left the highway, rolled and became entangled with a hydro pole. Emergency crews responded including Gravenhurst Fire and Muskoka EMS and worked against downed power lines to extricate one passenger. The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
Highway 11 was closed while crews worked to clear the power lines.
