A man’s body has been recovered from the water in Huntsville.
Huntsville OPP responded Thursday at 8:42 a.m. to the report of a body in the water near Crescent Bay Lane.
Officers recovered it with the help of members of the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department.
The deceased has been identified as Ian Dzigas, 33, of Huntsville.
In a news release, police said the death is not believed to be suspicious and no foul play is suspected.
The Muskoka Crime Unit and Central Region Forensic Identification Services are investigating with the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario.
