An Orillia man has been arrested following an incident Tuesday at a Tim Hortons in town.
Orillia OPP responded to Tim Hortons on Westmount Drive at about 6:30 p.m.
In a news release, OPP stated the call was regarding “an aggressive and agitated male.”
He was arrested under the Mental Health Act and has been charged with adult mischief under $5,000, adult resisting a peace officer, and adult failing to comply with a probation order.
Police have not divulged the name and age of the accused, who was held for a bail hearing and will appear in Barrie court.
