On Aug. 21, 2019 Members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Community Street Crime Unit located and arrested Martin Moore, 29 years old of Port McNicoll, Tay Township and have charged him with the following in connection to the break and enter to the Liquigator Liquidation store of Aug. 15, 2019.

  • Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

He was released from police custody to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Oct. 3, 2019 in Midland.
