Members of the Ontario Provincial Police Southern Georgian Bay detachment are seeking assistance from the public in solving a reported animal cruelty incident.
OPP officers were dispatched at 1:04 pm Nov. 23, 2019 to a location at the end of Industrial Road in Tay Township after a resident located the remains of a bludgeoned beaver in the ditch of the roadway.
Anyone with information about the suspect or this incident is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122, [email protected] or by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
