Police investigate tire-slashing of nine vehicles in Gravenhurst

Police learned that a bar fight earlier that night ended with several patrons removed from the establishment

GRAVENHURST - On Friday May 17, 2019 at 2:20 a.m. Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a mischief to nine vehicles located in a parking lot at the corner of Muskoka Road and Brock Street in Gravenhurst. It was reported that tires on the vehicles had been slashed causing them to deflate.

Police had been called to that same area earlier - shortly after midnight- after a fight broke out involving multiple patrons from a nearby bar and several were refused re-entry to the establishment.

The investigation is ongoing and police would like to speak with anyone that was present that night or has information to offer. Please call Bracebridge OPP at (888)310-1122 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
