Police need help to identify Atherley Road theft suspect (3 photos)

Person was wearing distinctive, light pants during Aug. 5 theft caught on camera

The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a break and enter to an Atherley Road business in the City of Orillia.

On Aug. 5, 2018 at approximately 1 a.m., an unknown person entered the business, which police are not identifying, and took a quantity of cash. The suspect was caught on camera; however, the police need the assistance of the public in identifying the perpetrator.

The camera shows a person wearing a distinctive looking light pair of pants with a stripe down the leg and a distinctive pair of shoes. Police feel that someone might know who this person is.
