Postcard Memories is a weekly series of historic postcard views and photos submitted by Marcel Rousseau. Some were previously published by the Orillia Museum of Art and History and in the book Postcard Memories Orillia.

The Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) bridge at the Narrows is shown circa 1920. Built in 1911 and abandoned during the Depression, the CPR Bridge was located north of the Canadian National Railway (CNR) bridge on the Lake Couchiching side of The Narrows.

The bridge had a 161-foot swing span with a long trestle built on filled embankments that are still visible today. At one time, during the 1920s, there were three railway bridges crossing The Narrows: the CPR, the CNR and the Northern.
