Representatives at Orillia’s Experience Nissan have earned top honours among their national counterparts.

No other Nissan store has ever had all sales staff earn Club Excellence honours until now. Experience Nissan Orillia sales team has been given this title. This corporate individual acknowledgement is given annually to those Nissan dealership sales associates who earn exemplary reviews from customers happy with all aspects of the customer service they received.

The award affirms the local auto dealership’s ongoing commitment to customer service and is a reflection of the relationships Experience Nissan has created with its customers.

“We’re the first Nissan dealer in Canada where all sales staff received the award in one year,” said Brent Kemp, principal owner of Experience Nissan. “Normally one or two receive it each year. This time the entire sales staff got it.”

Those staff members who joined Kemp in earning a spot in Club Excellence include Shelby Guthrie, James Wenger, Ken MacKnight, and Meghan Williams, who achieved Gold Status as the number one Nissan rep in Canada. Kemp says the awards reflect the dealership’s long term commitment to service.

“We take care of our customers, they’re not just a number,” said Kemp, who along with sister Krista have followed in their father’s footsteps as owners of a local dealership. “Club Excellence is something we strive for every year. It’s pretty hard when you consider there are over 200 Nissan dealerships in Canada each with five to 10 sales staff. We’re proud of our team for the accomplishment.”

While the achievement demonstrates Experience Nissan’s commitment to its customers, the dealership also displays a commitment to the greater community of Orillia. Sponsoring Big Brothers/Big Sisters event, serving as title sponsor for the Orillia Kings lacrosse team and annually supporting various baseball, hockey and soccer teams are just a few of the ways Experience Nissan gives back.

“I’ve lived in Orillia my entire life,” said Kemp. “We have a passion for the area. We like to be heavily involved in community events.”
