We stop by Rustica Pizza Vino at 132 Mississaga St. E. in downtown Orillia for three Neapolitan-style pizzas. Rustica's Payten Deshane uses fresh ingredients to construct a Margherita pizza, a Caccitore pizza, and a Sunshine City pizza featuring locally produced honey and apples.
Watch as the pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven running at 900°F.
