Mark Pare

Mark Pare made the trip to Waterloo Region from our sister station --- and his hometown --- eight hours up the highway in Timmins. He is a journalism graduate of Canadore College in North Bay in 2011. Later that summer, he hopped right into the field by working with Village Media, Bleacher Report and in October 2012, began his career with Rogers Media in North Bay. From there, came four years of reporting in Timmins, covering everything from city council, court cases, human interest stories and much more.
