My name is Kubra and I come from the south. I’m still getting my bearings living in Canada and getting used to the cold Canadian winters.

I am a two-and-a-half-year-old, newly neutered mastiff cross. However, I’m just a teddy bear. I love to snuggle and be with my people. I am not very large at 25 kilograms. My face says mastiff without the drool and my body is only medium sized.

I love going for walks, and all the girls say I walk well on a leash. I love going out to play, but I feel the cold fast and then want to go back in.

Since moving around, I have developed a bit of separation anxiety. When my humans leave the room, I want to go with them. My human friends at the centre have put me in a shirt that seems to help me feel calm and safe. I do well in my kennel and have no problem being crated.

If you would like to meet with me, you can contact the Ontario SPCA Orillia Animal Centre at [email protected].
