ADOPT ME: Naomi is a cuddly bunny

One-year-old rabbit loves attention and treats

OrilliaMatters, in partnership with the SPCA Orillia Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hippity-hop. I’m Naomi the bunny rabbit. I’m a one-year-old female, American rabbit. I have been at the Orillia SPCA for a couple of weeks.

I love to be picked up and snuggled. I’m a nice bunny who loves to be petted. I love treats of greens or apples. I have beautiful, big, soft ears. My coat is a gorgeous black and white spotted pattern.

I would love a home where I could get out of my cage and have a hop around and stretch my long legs. If you think you can provide me with my ‘fur-ever’ home, please email the Orillia centre at [email protected].

Tickets are on sale for the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society’s Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery, the first-ever province-wide lottery by the charity to raise much-needed funds to care for animals in need. Whether you play to win or just play to help animals in need, there’s a whole ‘lotto’ reasons to play. The grand prize draw takes place Nov. 4, with a guaranteed jackpot of $20,000 — and growing daily as more tickets are sold. Plus, there are two early-bird prizes of $500. Buy your tickets today at ontariospcalottery.ca.
