Local Members of Provincial Parliament Doug Downey, Andrea Khanjin, Caroline Mulroney and Jill Dunlop are teaming up this Friday for a virtual Town Hall.

The MPPs will be joined by the Barrie Chamber of Commerce, Municipal Bylaw Officers and the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, for a roadmap to problem-solving, as we navigate current regulations relating to COVID-19.

The virtual Town Hall will take place this Friday, Feb. 19, 2021 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. via Zoom. Participation in the town hall is free, but registration is required.

The purpose of the town hall is to provide clarity on roles and responsibilities of the provincial government, local public health units, and municipal bylaw enforcement.

As well, this Town Hall aims to help residents understand how to best solve issues when they arise, how all 3 levels work in tandem, and to assist residents in navigating the regulations that affect their businesses and daily lives.
