With the opening of our brand new building in early 2022 we are opening our doors to welcome hundreds of new residents into our well established Orillia Community. You could be one of them!
The new Phase 3, at 75 Barrie Road, offers open and spacious floor plans with modern finishes throughout. Units are available in Studio, One Bedroom, 2 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom in this adult-only, non-smoking building.

Phase 3 will join our two completed phases at 85 and 95 Barrie Road. This trio of well maintained properties boasts a great list of onsite amenities. It is our goal to provide a friendly and pleasant place to call home for all of our tenants.
