Public notice is given that the Council of the Township of Ramara will be conducting an aerial mosquito control program between April 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024, approximately, in the area of the Township along the shore of Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching from the Talbot River in the south to Fawn Bay in the north.
The program will utilize one (1) aerial application of the Biological Larvicide Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis – H-14 (BTI) AquaBac 220g Biological Mosquito Larvicide, granular formula. Pest Control Products Act – Registration #26863. Application will be by a Bell 206 helicopter and/or a Robinson R44 helicopter with AZS granular applicator.
