LETTER: Former GG's report a matter of national security

'It should be clear to all Canadians that information regarding our national security cannot be shared publicly,' says letter writer
Johnston David
Former governor general David Johnston

OrilliaMatters welcomes letters to the editor at [email protected]. Please include your daytime phone number and address (for verification of authorship, not publication).

This is also an open question to Simcoe North MP Adam Chambers, Simcoe North MPP Jill Dunlop, and anyone else who may not be pleased with former governor general David Johnston’s preliminary report on foreign interference in the election.

If someone offered someone else access to information concerning why decisions were made, and that someone refused to look at the information, who is to blame? The one offering the information or the one remaining wilfully uninformed?

It should be clear to all Canadians that information regarding our national security cannot be shared publicly. If Pierre Poilievre does not understand that, he certainly does not deserve the job to which he is aspiring. #justnotreadyPP
