On Wednesday, April 10, I had to go to Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital for an operation, done by Dr. Seki.

The patient before me took much more time than expected. He still approached me before operating with a lovely smile and went over all my concerns. Talk about being compassionate.

Everyone in the operating room went out of their way to make me feel better about being there. The anesthetist and nurses were so wonderful.

It was the end of the day. Nonetheless, afterwards, I was offered tea, coffee or water and warm blankets.

I am proud of our hospital and so very thankful to Dr. Seki. Once again, thank you.
