LETTER: Renovate instead of replace Terry Fox Circle

The city has done a very nice job on the waterfront reconstruction. When completed, it will be a big improvement.

Now, possibly, it would be hoped that the city could reconsider and renovate Terry Fox Circle rather than replace it. Many residents voiced their agreement on this during planning. Doing so would mean a great compromise that is good for all. And renovation, rather than replacement, could save a considerable amount of money. A win-win for everyone.

I am asking now for council to reconsider and do what is best for the majority of our residents.
