Amber Alert issued for 14-year-old Toronto boy, believed to have been abducted

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-year-old boy, last seen in Toronto on Wednesday morning.

The alert, requested by the Toronto Police Service and broadcast shortly after midnight, said Shamma Jolayemi was last seen in the area of Jane St. and Driftwood Ave, in North York around 8:25 a.m.

Jolayemi is described as 6-feet, 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. 

The Toronto Police Service said in a Tweet that Jolayemi was wearing a grey hoody, grey track pants with orange stripes, Air Jordan shoes (black/yellow), and a shiny, black coat.

He is believed to have been abducted and police are concerned for his safety.

Police are looking for two unknown suspects wearing black jackets and bandanas between 18 and 22.

The vehicle believed to be a black, newer model, Jeep Wrangler and last seen near 353 Driftwood Ave. in North York.

Via social media, the Toronto Police Service called the Wragler a "vehicle of interest."
