Managing development in rural areas will be up for discussion during a presentation in May in Oro-Medonte.
Engaging Residents of Oro-Medonte is the group that will present guest speaker Sean Hertel, a registered professional planner and a university lecturer, whose topic will be Reimagining Development in Our Rural Community.
The event will take place May 5 at the Oro-Medonte Community Arena in Guthrie. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m., with the session starting at 2 p.m.
