As another gardening season starts to bud, St. James’ Anglican Church, 58 Peter St. N., Orillia is seeking enthusiastic gardeners to help with their onsite Community Veggie garden.
Year 3 brings the usual list of tasks: cleaning up winter debris, making necessary repairs, planning, planting, watering and harvest. Our current volunteers could use assistance!
The produce is used for our Loonie Lunch Outreach ministry as well as other food assistance programs in our city. We share with those in need.
