Swimmers can once again head to Moose Beach.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has lifted a swimming advisory that was issued Wednesday due to a higher-than-normal bacteria count at the beach.
As of Friday afternoon, the City of Orillia says the advisory for Couchiching Beach at Couchiching Beach Park remains in effect.
Portage Bay at J.B. Tudhope Memorial Park is unaffected and remains open at this time.
