O Canada! Citizens embrace Canada Day amid pandemic (12 photos)

Public celebrations have been cancelled but Canadian pride is still evident in many Orillia neighbourhoods

This will be anything but a normal Canada Day.

Even though the popular annual Canada Day celebrations, which typically draw thousands of people to Couchiching Beach Park, have been cancelled Canadian pride is still evident and being celebrated around Orillia this year.

Whether it's a small flag hanging in the porch, or a life-sized Canadian moose standing in the yard, patriotism is on full display in many Orillia neighbourhoods.

We hope you enjoy these images and join with us in celebrating Canada's 153rd birthday!
