Orillia’s Anti-Aging Clinic was recently awarded as a Centre of Excellence from Sofwave, the globally emerging medical technology for skin tightening and lifting.
The awards were presented in Toronto on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023 at the Shangri-La hotel hosted by XCITE Tech, the Canadian distributor of Sofwave.
Winners of the Centre of Excellence awards are chosen by the volume of treatments clinics perform and were shared among various doctors and plastic surgeons from across Canada.
Sofwave, developed in Israel, uses a new-generation, non-invasive ultrasound technology to naturally stimulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid with no down time, redness or irritation.
Treating facial areas like the brows, cheeks and jowls creates lifting up to five centimetres, not possible before without intervention with fillers, neurotoxins or threads. Sofwave is also Health Canada approved for reducing wrinkles, acne scars as well as cellulite.
The results from a quick single Sofwave treatment usually last around a year.
