Dan Landry has been named the new client services officer for the Orillia Area Community Development Corp.

The Orillia Area Community Development Corp. (CDC) is pleased to announce the selection of Dan Landry as the new Client Services Officer of the Orillia Area CDC.

Dan is an experienced business operator, and community economic developer, with strong marketing and communications skills and a passion for business development.

In his 12-year role as manager of the Economic/Business Development Department with the City of Orillia, Dan was involved in several strategic community initiatives and worked closely with local businesses and sectors in the community.

Prior to this, he owned and operated an innovative marketing and communications company for 10 years, following a 20-year career as an accomplished reporter, photographer, and editor with news organizations at the local, provincial, and national levels.

As Client Services Officer, Dan will be responsible for meeting with and assisting local businesses with their business planning, financial, and operational needs. Meetings are offered free of charge.
