The Orillia Concert Association has started selling subscriptions for the 2019-2020 season and once again is offering free tickets to its final concert of the current season for new subscribers to the new season.

A subscription for all five concerts is available for only $90 ($30 for students).

For more than 70 years, the Orillia Concert Association has presented beautiful, professional music that has enriched and inspired musical audiences in Orillia.

Here's a rundown of the new series:

Sunday October 20, 2019 at 2:30 p.m., Orillia Opera House
TOM ALLEN’S MISSING PAGES - BETRAYAL! SCANDAL! Speculation is rampant. In 1825 Theodor Molt became the sole Canadian to meet Ludwig van Beethoven. The meeting was cordial but then ripped apart. Why? Join Tom Allen and friends in a musically, dramatic investigation. It’s a cold case that’s turned hot!

CANADIAN GUITAR QUARTET, A “…fantastic, spirited playing and sheer inventiveness..” writes Julia Crowe in her LETTER FROM NEW YORK column for Classical Guitar magazine in England.

Sunday Feb. 2, 2020 at 2:30 PM, Orillia Opera House
BRIDGE and WOLAK, a stunning duo of baroque, classical, folk and contemporary music.

Sunday April 5, 2020 at 2:30 PM, Orillia Opera House
TORONTO MANDOLIN ORCHESTRA - Ukranian roots! Canadian sound! 61 years of classical and contemporary brilliance.

Sunday May 3, 2020 at 2:30 PM, Orillia Opera House
THE TORONTO CONCERT ORCHESTRA – the perennial favourite of OCA concert-goers.

Our last concert of the current season is on May 5, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. at the Orillia Opera House and features The Toronto Concert Orchestra.
