Orillia Perinatal Massage announced today that it will be opening its doors for the first time on Sept. 12, 2022 at 20 West St. S., Orillia.
The public is invited to attend the grand opening which will take place on Nov. 4, 2022 from 1-4 p.m.
Owner of Orillia Perinatal Massage, Kayla Kent-Jarvis, is a registered massage therapist, certified Childbirth Educator and certified birth and post-partum Doula. The new practice will specialize in providing prenatal and post-partum massage therapy as well as birth and post-partum support groups/workshops and doula care to the Orillia and surrounding area.
The practice’s goal is to create a space and community where new parents can get the physical, informational and emotional support they need leading up to the birth of their child and after their baby is born.
Orillia Perinatal Massage is the first of its kind in Orillia and was built following owner Kayla Kent-Jarvis’ own experience with the physical aches and pains of pregnancies and post-partum anxiety.
