Thank you for all those who supported and attended Girls’ Night Out at Fern Resort on Nov. 9.
We danced. Jim Cronk’s one-man band did not disappoint. Thank you, Jim, for bringing down the house. We didn’t want the party to end.
As the band Trooper once wrote, “We are here for a good time, not a long time.” And we were. This was a wonderful opportunity to really let our hair down and have fun with friends.
We shopped. Thank you to our vendors, Catie Raymond Designs, Canadian Cutters, Discover Wellness Massage Therapy, DWN Chocolates, Edge of North Creations, Hawk Nest Jewelry, Honey the Spa, Indian Plates and Pampered Chef, Interior Lifestyles, Love my Leggs, T’s Creations, and Xavier Fernandez.
Our vendors also brought fabulous door prizes for the guests and created a wonderful shopping experience.
And we tasted. Fern Resort made delectable hors d’oeuvres paired with Colio Estate Winery’s Girls’ Night Out wines and Thornbury Ciders. The selection of wine suited differing palettes with full flavours and was an experience to savour. The wine tasting was included in the ticket price and paired not only nicely with the food but with good friends.
