We are bursting with bunnies!

Have you always wanted a furry friend, but are not home enough for a dog? We may have the answer for you.

Currently, at the Orillia SPCA, we have six sweet fluffs looking for their ‘fur’ever home. We have a pair of lop-eared male bunnies who are bonded.

Arthur and Jett are the sweetest, most affectionate bunnies you could ask for. Arthur will even play ball. They love a good snuggle and are very engaging with you when you sit with them. They love a good snack, but are very independent pets.

Mama Bear and her three eight-week-old dwarf babies, Moose, Panda and Mouse, are the softest, sweetest fluffy bunnies. Mama Bear is a one-year-old dwarf bunny who came into the centre pregnant; she had her babies in care and has returned from foster to find her ‘fur’ever home. Moose, Panda and Mouse are eight-weeks babies who love to hop around and play, snuggle and preen themselves. Their fur colours are a mix of white and brown. They are all using litter boxes and eating great!

Bunnies are great pets if you lead a busy life, but are looking for a furry friend to complete your family.

If you would like a meet with any of the fluffs, please contact the Orillia Centre at [email protected]

The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society are celebrating adoption with its iAdopt for the Holidays campaign, presented by Swiffer. The goal is to find loving homes for as many animals as possible during the holiday campaign, which runs until Dec. 25 at Ontario SPCA animal centres across the province. To give an animal in need the gift of a loving forever home this holiday season, visit iadopt.ca.
