Oro-Medonte Fire and Emergency Services is holding an open house and barbecue Saturday to mark Fire Prevention Week.
The event will take place at Oro-Medonte Fire and Emergency Services headquarters at 3375 Line 4 N. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors can take part in interactive educational activities and enjoy a free barbecue lunch.
During the event, donations will be accepted for the Canadian Red Cross Hurricane Fiona in Canada Appeal.
