Police are staying tight-lipped about an incident that occurred Monday night near the Orillia Public Library.
Orillia OPP responded at about 9:30 p.m. to an apartment building in the area behind the library. Some kind of substance had been sprayed, said Const. Martin Hill. It’s unclear what the substance was.
Hill said there didn’t appear to be any serious injuries.
The matter is under investigation by the Crime Unit and no further details were being released Tuesday.
Police, paramedics and firefighters were on the scene for a couple of hours Monday.
