THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE

As required by the Ontario Building Code and Building Code Act, Township of Oro-Medonte Inspectors are continuing to conduct provincially legislated Septic Maintenance Program inspections. If an inspection of your property has not been completed to date, one will be completed prior to Oct. 31, 2020.
Due to the current health situation with COVID-19, the township has implemented strict health and safety protocols that are required to be adhered to by township staff.
This is to protect both township staff and residents. It is requested that property owners maintain social distancing when inspectors are on site. We want to provide our property owners and residents the following reminders:
- This is a no-contact inspection; we are adhering to strict social distancing and health and safety protocols.
- An inspection notification card will be left on site (mailbox or front door).
- Residents are not required to be home. (Should you have a locked/gated property, please contact the number or email below).
