We’ve seen you reading them on benches in Victoria Park and nestled over a matcha latte at your favourite trending Orillia coffee spot.

We’ve spotted you holding their sun-dappled covers while you stretch out on a towel at Couchiching Beach and we’ve heard you report about reading them to your kids with a flashlight cozied up under a big winter quilt.

They’ve travelled with you on trips as far off as Boston and England and you’ve posted photos on social media of you enjoying books borrowed from the Orillia Public Library while on vacation in beautiful, exotic places including Hawaii, Morocco and Italy. We tried not to be too jealous.

Spoiler alert: Our excellent 2019 “Big Read” selection tops this year’s list. But there are still quite a few surprises to uncover and this list can provide some interesting  insights as to what your fellow Orillians have been reading this year.
