The Mike Jackson GM Collingwood Blues have been busy during the extended off-season in the Ontario Junior Hockey League. The Blues have made changes to their management and coaching staff ahead of the 2020-21 OJHL Season.

The first addition was the hiring of new general manager Mike Tarantino. Mike spent the past six seasons with the Oakville Blades in the Ontario Junior Hockey League as head coach and general manager.

The Blues followed that with the signing of Jordan Selinger as the director of hockey operations. Jordan Selinger was also a member of the Oakville Blades Junior A Hockey Club prior to joining the Collingwood Blues.

Rob Bentivegna was announced as the new head coach of the Collingwood Blues Junior A Hockey Club. Rob was an assistant coach for the Oakville Blades hockey club and also the head coach of the Oakville Rangers AAA hockey team.

Rob Vessio was announced as the new assistant coach of the Collingwood Blues. Rob has been a head coach in the GTHL with multiple teams, most recently with the North York Rangers AAA hockey team. He won the national championship in 2016 with North York.

Cole Crane was announced as the video coach for the Collingwood Blues. Cole has spent time working with the Oakville Blades and the Sarnia Sting in the Ontario Hockey League.

The final announcement was the resigning of assistant coach Nick Ricca who will remain with the team after agreeing to a contract extension.
