The McLean & Dickey Orillia Terriers started their 2021-22 Provincial Jr. Hockey League season earlier this month.
The local Jr. C hockey squad is off to a fast start and sits atop the North Carruthers Division with a 4-0 record.
On Friday night, the Terriers will travel to Penetang to take on the Kings. The team is hoping its fans will come out to Rotary Place Saturday night to cheer on the home side, when the Terriers host Huntsville in a 8 p.m. contest. For more information about the Terriers, their games and their season, visit their website.
Proof of vaccination is required to enter Rotary Place.
Since COVID-19 wiped out last season, many fans are not familiar with this year's team, so we will provide player profiles every Thursday. We'll start with Josh Brown, a returning veteran who is an alternate captain on this year's squad.
