ORILLIA LADY KINGS

Even though it’s February, it’s time to think about spring and field lacrosse.
Girls’ field lacrosse in Orillia continues to grow and this season will be no different. The Orillia Lady Kings organization is delighted to offer the opportunity for girls of a wide range of ages to play the great game of field lacrosse. No experience necessary.
Registration is now open for our house-league program as well as our more competitive representative program. The early-bird registration price is in place until March 19, at which time prices go up. Representative tryouts begin in April.
Orillia Lady Kings field lacrosse in partnership with the Orillia Kings lacrosse program is offering a chance for new players to try lacrosse without any commitment. The Try Lacrosse programs offer new players the opportunity to try field lacrosse or box lacrosse, learn skills and practise in a safe and no-pressure environment for free.
Players can register using the registration portal on the website and choosing the Try Lacrosse program. These programs are running Feb. 23 to 24 from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. and March 2 to 3, 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. at ODAS Park. Another exciting event this summer will be our 2023 field lacrosse host weekend in Orillia on July 15-16. We are thrilled to have competitive teams from all age groups coming to Orillia to compete in their regular-season games.
The Orillia Lady Kings field lacrosse program cannot operate without the wonderful volunteers and sponsors who facilitate the programming and help to keep the costs accessible to families.
