Coach Heidi Mueller-McCahon of Rushmount and her team of riders took to the road to the U.S.A. to compete at World Equestrian in Ohio April 23-28.

All riders had amazing rounds and won some serious hardware.

Malorie Harris riding Kathryn Heels of He’s A Pioneer took a second and and eighth place in the .90m jumpers which is amazing for such a young a green five-year-old horse which McCahon started training in December.

Jenna Gauthier rode McCahon's horse Kronos in the 1m jumpers with a 4th, 4th, and 5th placings.

Hayden Kova McCahon took a green project Warmblood Mare name “Don’t  Let Anything Stop You” to a first place finish. McCahon rode the 17-hand green WB Mare in the .90 m jumpers and won the class.

The highlight of the trip was Malorie Harris riding her own Horse “Talk About Fate” in the .90m jumpers and winning champion of the whole division.

Heidi Mueller-McCahon, coach of Rushmount Pony Jumpers Show Team, is over the moon with the results of the first show on Friday, May 10, 2019.

Mikayla Burns, on Snap Chat, rode to a seventh place finish in the Optimal Time Pony Jumper Class.

Ellie Ratcliff stunned and amazed everyone with her first ever attempt at a 1m course off property and claimed a third place in Optimal Time and a fifth in the Classic $500 class.

Hayden Kova McCahon on Silver Rush took two eighth place finishes in the Table A Immediate Jump Off and made the Victory Gallop in the Classic.

The highlight was Sydney Freeman winning Champion of the Whole Pony Jumper Division and winning the $500 Pony Jumper Classic. This was Freeman’s goal to be champion of one of the shows this season and she accomplished her goal at show one.

So the new goal is to be champion at the Royal Winter Fair.
