March 5, 1931 – August 24, 2021

Beverly Harvey Annis was welcomed into the world by his parents Dalton and Merle Annis (nee Slatter of Huntsville) at their home on the shores of Lake Couchiching. Beverly Annis represented the fourth generation of the Annis clan on Big Chief Rd.
Five years later to the day his only sibling, his brother and lifelong friend Sherwood was born. Together they would enjoy large extended families from both sides.
Like his father before him, beautiful Lake Couchiching drew him and held him captive to all it had to offer.  He would choose to live his life nearby.
A mechanic by trade, he also owned and operated a farm in Uhthoff for 14 years. He was a skilled boat builder, woood worker, and creator of many ingenious devices and equipment.
On June 15, 1968 he was joined by Lorna Rose Johnson to be his life partner and became a family of six including children Vicki Annis, Karl Annis, Marjorie Burnett and Murray Burnett.
He enjoyed the outdoors immensely, and was also an avid fan of boat, car and snowmobile racing.  He captured much with his camera creating a photographic journal of his life and times.
He will be dearly missed and always remembered by his family and friends.
