BAKER, Edward 'Ted'

Passed away at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Friday November 15, 2019, at the age of 81, of Silver Creek Estates, Severn and formerly of Coldwater.  Beloved companion of Marie Langley and predeased by his wife Anne.  Dear father of Steve (Kristina), Bill (Alexandra), and Carl (Bev).   Loved grandfather of Andrew, Kris, Kevin, and James. Loving great grandfather of Everett. Will be remembered by Marie’s family. Ted was a veteran serving with the Queens Own Rifles and a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #270, Coldwater. The family will honour his life with a visitation at the Coldwater United Church on Saturday November 30^th from 11:45 a.m. until the time the legion service at 12:45 p.m, followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m.  Cremation to follow.  As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Ted may be made to the Ontario Lung Association or to the R.C.L. Branch #270, Coldwater “Poppy Fund” and may be made through the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater (705-686-3344).
