BEELBY, Marilyn May (nee Duval)

Began her journey to the spirit world on Sunday October 16, 2022. Passed away at Trillium Manor at 90 years of age. Marilyn May was Ojibway, Eagle Clan from Rama First Nation, spiritual name of Amik’Kwe

Devoted and loving mother to Gayle and Debbie (predeceased). Beloved grandmother to Vanessa (Mike) and Stuart (Michelle) and great grandmother to Alexis and Jayden. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings, Doreen, Frank and Jean.

Marilyn May lived and worked many years in Toronto, retiring first in Washago then Orillia. Besides travel, she loved to garden, do puzzles, an avid reader and was a fabulous cook.

The last 12 years were not easy ones with various health issues, however, she always remained feisty. Family and friends will miss her sparkling eyes and warm smile.

We love you and will miss you, Marilyn, Mom, Grandma, Aunt May.

Marilyn May will be resting at Mundell Funeral Home in Orillia. Private family service with cremation to follow.
