Passed away at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Monday February 13th , 2023 at the age of 87. Loving father of Larry Betts (Lorraine) and Doug Betts (Jennifer) Proud grandfather of Mark Betts (Samy). Dear brother of Hazel Ruelling. Charles will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Tuesday February 21, 2023, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Spring Interment at St. Luke’s Cemetery Hamlet.
