On Sunday March 20, 2022, John Robert Michael Senna Boucher, born June 12, 1974, passed away suddenly at the Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia, Ontario, at the age of 47.
Johns love and memory will live on forever through his children, Ivy (Joseph) and Nick and their mother, Christine. He will be profoundly missed by his nephew Nathan Murray.
Predeceased by his parents Senna and Gail Boucher, (nee Krawczuk), John leaves behind his devoted sister Catherine Boucher-Clarke, his nephews Michael and Matthew Lafee and his beloved Aunt Mary (Romeo) Carriere.
Deeply missed by his in-laws, Dan (Darlene) McNicol, Adam (Amber) McNicol, Leanne (Mickey) Neale, his neice Anna (Nuno) Purdon and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
John had an immense presence and a remarkable voice, and he worked with honesty, integrity and pride throughout his 22 year career as a Provincial Correctional Officer. He will be fondly remembered as "firm but fair", by his many respected colleagues.
John attacked all of lifes challenges head on, with a scowlly face, or a smile.
He faced off in a gruelling battle against kidney disease, and courageously fought leukemia, until his tired heart decided it was time to rest, and he left us to join his Big Dog Koda, in Heaven.

A celebration in honour of Johns life will be held on Sunday April 3, 2022, in Millbrook, Ontario - details to be determined. In lieu of flowers memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
