It is with great sadness that Pat’s family announces her passing. Pat (Olive Patricia) was a loving wife, caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. At the age of 103, she left this world peacefully in Coquitlam B.C. where she and her husband Cliff had spent the last 15 years. Pat was born in Toronto, Ontario, where she met Cliff at age14. They raised their 4 children in the city. Together they also spent 20 happy years in Orillia prior to moving to Coquitlam B.C. Cliff pre-deceased Pat in 2016. They enjoyed 71 years of married life and we now believe they are once again together dancing to the stars.
Pat loved life, she had hobbies, writing poetry was a key one along with quilting. She loved outdoor adventures, skiing, canoeing, hiking and most important in her mind making a loving home for her family. Pat will be dearly missed by her children and all who knew her. Her gracious way of including “everyone” will always be remembered.
Pat’s family has scheduled a funeral service September 22, 2022, at 1PM. This will be held at St. John’s York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Drive, North York, Ontario, where Pat will be laid to rest beside her loving husband. A Reception will follow.
