Passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 17, 2023, in his 87th year.
Best friend and beloved husband of Ginny Codlin of 64 years. Devoted father to Kevin (Lea), Brad (Jane), and Jeff (Julie). Predeceased by parents; Edith and Carl Codlin. Loving brother to Dianne Rollins and Valerie Codlin. Grandfather to Marshall (Brooke), Taylor, Konnor Codlin, Sarah (Dale) Hatfield, Dalton Bagley and Sophia Bagley (Gordie). Great-grandpa to MacIntyre, Mason, Aubree, Gordon, Georgia, Gordie and Hadley. Bill will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Bill lived a full and happy life and cherished his time with family, friends, and especially his grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at Mariposa Inn (Best Western - 400 Memorial Ave, Orillia) on Sunday, December 3rd from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., words and memories will be shared at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations would be appreciated to the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation and can be made through the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia.
