Coleman; Constance (Connie) Marie (nee Clarke) passed away peacefully on Sunday August 6, 2023 surrounded by family and friends.
Connie was a loving mother to her children Brian Coleman of Calgary, Mark (Jennifer) Coleman of Waterdown, Jennifer (Lee) Desloovere of Princeton, and a proud grandmother to her five grandchildren. In addition to her children and grandchildren, Connie is survived by her brothers Ron (Doris) Clarke, Chris (Joan) Clarke, David (Carolyn) Clarke, Blake (Bonnie) Clarke, Paul (Ingrid) Clarke and her sister Joan Clarke. Connie was predeceased by her parents Austin and Mary Clarke, her brother Michael Clarke, her sister-in-law Karin Clarke, her sister-in-law Joan Clarke, and her niece Jocelyn Clarke.
Connie was a great friend who loved to have fun and enjoy life. She was a scholar and an athlete, competing in various sports. She was a great friend who valued her relationships with Suzanne, Nancy, Estelle, Linda, Mary Jane, Denise and Jane. She was unapologetically brave and strong willed. She was a patient and doting mother who took pride in her children’s accomplishments.
Connie’s bright light will never go out.
Visitation will be held at Mundell Funeral Home,79 West St. N., Orillia on Thursday August 10, 2023 from 10:30 AM until 12 Noon. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Thursday at 1:30 PM. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Orillia. If desired, memorial donations to Soldiers' Memorial Hospital or Church of the Guardian Angels would be appreciated.
