After a hard long fought battle with cancer Rick passed away peacefully on Sunday June 26, 2022 at home with his family by his side.
Sadly missed and always loved by his mother Lorelei (John) and his father Gus (Yvonne). Forever loved and adored by his girl of 28 years Jennifer Forsythe. Proud and loving father of Coal. Survived by his brothers Paul, Jason and Brett (Leia). Cherished uncle of Melody, Jacob and Harley. Also truly loved by his mother in law Lynn Becker (Jeff), sister in law Jeanette Forsythe (Mike), and many other extended family members and close friends.
Rick has been such a big part of all of our lives and we are absolutely heartbroken at his early passing of such a great man. We miss him already. Cremation has taken place.
Guests will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – L. Doolittle Chapel, 54 Coldwater St. E Orillia (705) 326-3595 on Tuesday July 5, 2022 from 11am until the time we celebrate his life in the chapel starting at 1 pm. A celebratory toast and reception will follow. If desired, donations in Rick’s memory may be made online to Montego Bay Animal Haven and are greatly appreciated by the family
